1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Alexandria ("the Service"), operated by Temujin Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Alexandria is a cloud spend analysis platform that helps users monitor, analyze, and optimize their cloud infrastructure costs. The Service includes a free grader tool, authenticated dashboard features, and AI-powered spend analysis.

3. Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and a password of at least 8 characters. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond normal API usage
• Upload malicious content, malware, or data intended to disrupt the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service, including cloud cost records and account information. We process your data solely to provide the Service. You may export or delete your data at any time through your account settings. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are listed in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

7. Free Tier

The free grader tool is available without an account and is rate-limited to prevent abuse. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Temujin Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Temujin Labs and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
